The La Marzocco Strada X is the next generation of the Strada platform, designed to give baristas advanced control over espresso extraction while maintaining consistency and efficiency in busy café environments. Developed with input from professional baristas, the Strada X combines innovative software, pressure profiling, and precise thermal management to deliver repeatable results and exceptional workflow.

The machine introduces new technologies such as Smart Saturation and Mass-Based Profiling, allowing pressure profiles to be linked to beverage weight and automatically adjusted for consistency from shot to shot. This system helps ensure each espresso is extracted exactly as intended by the barista.
